Students of PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science excelled in the Krishna University (KRU) intercollegiate aquatics competitions organised by TSR and ERR Government Degree College, Pamarru, at Sir Vizzy VMC Swimming Pool in the city on Monday.

Students of PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science excelled in the Krishna University (KRU) intercollegiate aquatics competitions organised by TSR and ERR Government Degree College, Pamarru, at Sir Vizzy VMC Swimming Pool in the city on Monday. K Praveen Babu stood first in 50 metre butterfly and breaststroke. D Samatha got second place in 50 metre freestyle and third place in breaststroke.

B Ravindra Sainath won first place in 50 metre freestyle. All the three students of the college were selected for the KRU team for the All India Inter-University Aquatics Championship to be held at Panjab University in Chandigarh from October 16 to 20. Siddhartha College convenor PLN Prasad, director Vemuri Babu Rao, principal Meka Ramesh and HoD of Physical Education N Srinivasa Rao congratulated the medal winners.
