Chandrababu responds strongly to Pawan CRDA campaign The communist parties demand ten acres for their offices, but for the sake of capital, they say hundred acres are good enough, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister said lambasting the Marxist leaders comment yesterday at the state CPM meet.

Capital does not beam just a few buildings, but a bright future of the people. Some farmers are opposing land pooling and refusing to give lands now as they aim to sell it at premium prices later when the capital buildings triggers a cascading jump in real estate boom in the region.

The communist parties demand ten acres for their offices, but for the sake of capital, they say hundred acres are good enough, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister said lambasting the Marxist leaders comment yesterday at the state CPM meet. These are comments of the AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu who today spoke about Power star Pawan Kalyan who had decried the collection of 33,000 acres in the CRDA region for the new capital.

Chandrababu said, "I don't know what Pawan Kalyan has said about land pooling. If the farmers oppose the land pooling, they will be at huge loss and those criticising us now will regret their decision later." They should learn as to how the world has developed and become a global village.

"Do they know in how many acres Hyderabad was built? I developed Hyderabad and I know it better. Building a capital is not just roads, buildings and sanitation. It should address the social, financial, industrial needs of the society," he said. Master plan for the capital city will be ready by June and we have collaborations with Singapore and Japan for its construction and investments are likely to come from all over the world, said Chandrababu Naidu on the AP Capital issue.
