Krishna district Anti Corruption Bureau officials took out a rally for a corruption-free society and social justice to all here on Wednesday. The rally saw students from different college who took the rally from ACB office to Siddhartha Arts College. The rally was conducted to bring awareness on how controlling corruption can help in the development of Andhra Pradesh.

Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) DSP V Gopala Krishna flagged off the rally. He addressed the media saying, ACB was doing this on the occasion of International Anti Corruption day which is on December 9. He requested the people of Krishna district for their cooperation to control corruption in government departments. “If we do not control the corruption in the society, it would have a larger impact on the development because major government office have been re-located to Krishna district after bifurcation of the United State of AP,” he added.

Gopala Krishna warned corrupt officers to change their attitude for the growth of the nation. ACB would use new technology for controlling corruption in the state. “ACB Director General RP Thakur would launch a new whatsapp number for public to avoid corruption in all the departments in the state,” he added. ACB Inspectors K Venkateswarlu, B Srinivas and several college staff and students were present.
