The GVS and GPS Charitable Trust had a semi Christmas celebration with the students and staff at Government Residential School for Hearing Handicapped at Bhagya Nagar in Ongole on Monday afternoon.

The district SP Dr CM Trivikrama Varma, RIMS Development Committee chairman Dr Seetaramaiah, Ongole DSP Guntupalli Srinivas, trust honorary president Gurrala Princy Seshu and secretary Gurrala Kamalakar Vijay attended as chief guests while the trust chairman Gurrala Raj Vimal presided over the celebrations.

Dr Seetaramaiah said that the trust management organises the celebrations every year with the children at the school and he is feeling the loss of GV Seshu, former minister in AP government and trust founder due to his sudden demise.

He requested the member of Seshu’s family to continue the charity and social work programmes. The SP Trivikrama Varma appreciated the trust management for their programmes and service to the deaf and physically disabled and promised to take part in further programmes with his family. He promised to extend help for the children through the police department.
