Krishna district baseball junior teams selected

Inter district Baseball tourney will be held in Kanigiri on Jan 29 and 30

Krishna District Baseball Association (KDBA) has selected district junior boys and girls teams for inter district baseball tournament which will be held at Kanigiri in Prakasam district between January 29 and 30. The district team’s selections were conducted at ZP Boys High School at Gannavaram in Krishna district on Saturday.

The selection trials were inaugurated by boy’s high school Head Master (HM) Divi Jawaharlal and about 100 players attended the selections. Later, Baseball association felicitated HM Jawaharlal who will be retiring this month. KDBA secretary MV Satya Prasad, joint secretaries T Srilatha, Maruthi, vice-presidents P Venkateswara Rao, S Subba Rao and organising secretary D Naveen Kumar were presented.

The boy’s team include KVVNV Prasad, KVV Naga Malleswara Rao, P Viswa Teja, T Lakshman Raja, T Ravi Teja, Y Rahul, M Ajay Sampath, S Rahul, Y Prudhvi, G Naveen, J Vinay Babu, N Srinivasa Rao, S Ganesh, Sk Rehaman, MVS Venu Gopal and A Siva Prasad The girl’s team include N Shithi, U Sireesha, N Nandini, P Neelima, P Poojitha, T Jayasri, K Anusha, P Pavani, S Poornima, P Ashabee, V Navya, G Sheela Rani, D Jhansi, V Siva Pravathi, G Ramya and M Vijaya Kumari
