BPED students would improve sports techniques and coaching structure, he suggested.

Rama Krishna Rao attended for the certificate presentation programme, which was held at Vikas BPED College in Nunna near Vijayawada on Monday. Vikas and Vijaya Colleges of BPED students gave their service at the All the India Inter University Archery Championship at Machilipatnam in February.

In this connection, the KRU decided to give best service certificates to BPED students. The Vice-Chancellor personally attended the function and said that the State government had announced New Sports Policy recently. Based on the new policy, all the educational institutions should give top priority for sports and games, he said. Sports persons should think positively but never think negative, he suggested.

Vikas Educational Institutions chairman Naredla Narsi Reddy, correspondent Naredla Sataynarayana Reddy, Krishna University Sports Board secretary Dr N Srinivasa Rao, BPED College principal Dr S Raju, lecturers Uday Kumar, Rama Krishna and others participated.
