Donations of Indian and foreign currency

The Sri Veera Venkata Satyanarayana Swamy Devasthanam has earned an amount of Rs 1,09,88 147 through hundi collections from July 31 to August 31. The temple management counted hundi collections on Thursday, in the presence of temple staff and devotees.

According to temple executive officer Eerla Jagannadham, of the total collection, the currency notes are 1,03,62,877 and coins 6,25,270. The devotees also offered foreign currency such as 931 US dollars, United Arab Emirates Dinarams-520, Quater Central Bank Riyals-1, Singapore dollars-114, Central Bank of Oman Dias-200, Canada dollors-30 and Saudi Arabia Riyals-1,476.
