Pura Seva App released
District Collector and GMC special officer Kona Sasidhar released \'Pura Seva App\' at a programme held at the Zilla Parishad office here on Monday.
Guntur: District Collector and GMC special officer Kona Sasidhar released 'Pura Seva App' at a programme held at the Zilla Parishad office here on Monday.
Speaking on this occasion, he urged people in the city to download the app, which is said to be useful in solving civic problems.
“Once a problem is registered in the App, the concerned official will respond immediately and take steps to solve the problem within 24 hours. It is a good opportunity to solve civic problems without coming to the GMC office,” the Collector said.
He added that they had released the App to render better services to the people.
Joint Collectors Krithika Shukla and M Venkateswara Rao, District Revenue Officer K Nagababu and GMC Commissioner Challa Anuradha were among those participated in the meeting.
