Industrial expo begins
The 42nd Industrial, Agricultural and Horticulture Exhibition was inaugurated at the Mc Lauren School grounds here on Saturday evening. MLA Vanamadi Venkateswara Rao along with Mayor Sunkara Pavani inaugurated the expo.

Speaking on the occasion, he informed that some exclusive items would be sold in this exhibition. The items are claimed to be rare, with them only being available in a few other Indian States. He further informed that many stalls were established specially for the children.
He also said that the famous Annavaram temple’s replica was established by the Devasthanam and special pujas would be performed at this replica temple of the Satyanarayana Swamy Devasthanam.
The MLA informed that the exhibition venue to the Mc Lauren High School grounds has been shifted from the usual venue, Kulayi Cheruvu Park citing developmental works. Mayor Pavani also spoke in the meeting. Kakinada Municipal Corporation Commissioner Siva Parvathi, Deputy Commissioner Ramesh Kumar, Deputy Mayor Sathi Babu and Exhibition committee directors and others participated.
