Cultural performances steal New Year show

Guntur: Several organizations conducted cultural programmes to welcome New Year in the city. Similarly, the residents of apartment complexes celebrated New Year and conducted competitions and cultural events. At midnight, they rang in New Year with cake and conveyed greetings to people.

The students performed cultural programmes in Guntur to entertain the participants. They contributed to the festivities by singing and dancing to film songs in Hindi and Telugu.Similarly, the students under the aegis of Nrutya Kala Bharati performed several cultural programmes in the city till midnight.
