NAAC holds seminar on quality education
The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) organised a national-level seminar on ‘Enhancing Quality Education and Environment Consciousness through IQAC in Higher Education Institutions’ at the PACE Institute of Technology and Sciences in Ongole on Friday.

About 120 professors from various higher education colleges in the Prakasam, Guntur, Vijayawada, Hyderabad and Chennai participated in the programme.
Professor Bhaskar Egaru from Chennai and Prof R Chandrasekharam from Vijayawada acted as the resource persons for the seminar. The professors spoke about various issues like academic excellence, assessment and evaluation methodology, effective documentation and presentation, NAAC role in total quality management etc. They also clarified a number of doubts asked by the professors.
The college secretary and correspondent Maddisetty Sridhar, principal Dr M Srinivasan, NAAC convener K Ramesh Babu, coordinators Ch Vijay Kumar and B Vijay Chandra also participated in the programme.
