Human Chain for AP, United Andhra Pradesh, Private Educational Institutions. In continuation of the agitation for the united Andhra Pradesh on the 91st day, the students belonging to various private educational institutions formed a human chain at Raj Vihar Centre here on Tuesday.
In continuation of the agitation for the united Andhra Pradesh on the 91st day, the students belonging to various private educational institutions formed a human chain at Raj Vihar Centre here on Tuesday.
The students raised slogans against the Congress leaders and demanded the decision to divide the State be withdrawn immediately.
The lecturers of Junior and Degree Colleges and the private educational institutions formed Kurnool Samaikyandhra JAC and started relay hunger strike near the statue of Srikrishna Devarayalu in the city on Tuesday.
Kurnool Samaikyandhra JAC leader Somasekhar said that the agitation would be continued for not just 91 days but 900 days to prevent the division of the State. He said that the UPA Government was trying to divide the state to garner more votes in the next General Elections.
The JAC leader expressed confidence that the state would not be divided at any cost.
Pullaiah, head of Ravindra Educational institutioins, Janardhana Reddy, head of Kattamanchi Ramalinga Reddy institutions, Government junior college lecturer Pullaiah and others were present.
