It is evident that 6 Seemandhra Congress MPs have submitted no confidence notice to the speaker, concerning the Telangana issue.

Rayapati samba Siva Rao, Sabbam Hari, Undavalli Arun Kumar, A. Sai Pratap, Lagadapati Raja Gopal and G.V. Harsha Kumar are the 6 Seemandhra congress MPs, who signed the notice.
Out of 19 Seemandhra Congress MPs, only 6 Seemandhra Congress MPs have signed the notice and the other MPs didn't give their consent to the notice.
In the beginning, these 6 MPs wanted to resign; later, they changed their mind in the pretext of moving a no confidence motion in the Loksabha. But, now the notice also has been withdrawn by the MPs.
