Chittoor: YSRCP president and Kadapa MP YS Jaganmohan Reddy blamed the TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu for the State bifurcation.

Addressing a series of meeting in Punganur constituency on the second phase of his Samaikya Sankharavam on Monday, Jagan said that had ‘’Chandrababu moved the no-confidence motion against the Congress government, the present crisis would not have arisen’’ pointing at TDP opposing the no confidence motion in the Assembly.

Stating that Chandrababu did not even mention the term ‘Samaikyandhra’ in his Praja Garjana, he said ‘his main target is me’ citing Naidu’s virulent attacks against him in the meeting. “This clearly shows that it is he who colluded with Congress and not me,’’ he averred.

He further said that such clandestine understanding between the two parties was not new and was found in the Panchayat and cooperative elections to defeat YSRCP and also in the appointments of the members of State Information Commission. The vindictive Congress and TDPs conspired to implicate me in false cases, he added. Lashing out at Naidu for calling him an Anakonda of corruption Jagan demanded Naidu to explain to the people how he became multimillionaire from a position of a poor farmer owning just two acres. Alleging kickbacks in the allotment of lands to IMG Bharath and Emaar properties during TDP regime, he said that one day the CBI would catch Naidu and throw him in jail.

Jaganmohan Reddy said that it was surprising that Chandrababu who failed to put up any serious fight against the government for imposing surcharge and hiking power tariff abnormally now trying to hoodwink the people with his all free promises including free power to farmers.
