Balakrishna turns new weapon of Chandra Babu

Hyderabad: According to the sources, the TDP supremo, Nara Chandra Babu Naidu is all set to nominate his brother-in-law and son of late Chief Minister Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao (NTR), Nandamuri Balakrishna for Rajya Sabha. It is evident that Nandamuri Hari Krishna has offered resignation to his Rajya Sabha seat in the recent past creating a vacuity.

With the recent developments in the party, the party cadre is of the opinion that Balakrishna will play a vital role in the ensuing elections. He will be the star campaigner for the 2014 general elections. With the palpable cold war between Chandrababu Naidu and Nandamuri Hari Krishna, there is a need to have support from any member of late NTR’s family. The only better option left with Chandrababu Naidu is Balakrishna. So, he is all set to better utilize this opportunity for his advantage.

So far, the decision of offering Rajya Sabha seat to Nandamuri Balakrishna has not been finalized. But, according to a senior MLA of TDP, it is almost done.
