She held the ensuing act of Seemandhra MPs inside the Parliament as a heinous act. Panabaka said the democratic institution is being respected by the entire world and needs to be honoured by every member of the house.

Panabaka said she was the live witness present over the situation in the Parliament. Further, she said there was no truth in the allegations made by the Seemandhra MPs that MPs of other state have attacked over them. She said the way Modugula Venugopal Reddy and Lagadapati behaved in the Parliament was unseemly. Panabaka said the members have to at once rush out from the house in a scared manner.

Panabaka said the normal people do not want the state to remain united. It was only the political leaders who want the state to remain united for their vested interests, added Panabaka. She said the decision taken by the Congress Party will be appreciated by the Seemandhra people and the party would gain support in that region as well. Further, she said the people will express their consent through votes.
