Vijayawada: Former Chief Minister and Jai Samaikyandhra Party (JSP) president N Kiran Kumar Reddy on Friday took a dig at Telangana Rastra Samithi (TRS) chief K Chandrasekhar Rao for making statements against releasing water for Seemandhra and giving ‘options’ to the Seemandhra employees to stay in Hyderabad. Mr Reddy started his road show from Jaggaiahpet in Krishna district to campaign for the municipal elections. He wanted to know in what capacity KCR was making such policy statements. He said employees would select an option according to their wishes. He advised KCR to stop making such statements against Seemandhra people and employees. He said Hyderabad was developed with the blood and sweat of the Telugu people and they had every right to stay in the city. “Telugu people have every right to stay in Hyderabad, which was developed with their taxes,” he said. He asked the people to teach a fitting lesson to those who have divided the Telugu people against their wishes.
