Hyderabad: Alluri Venkata Rama Raju, an Ex-MLA of CPI Party from Rajolu constituency in East Godavari district, died on Tuesday night. He was 85 when he breathed his last - at his residence in Sarpavaram village of Kakinada rural mandal.
He was suffering for quite some time due to geriatric problems, according to the kith and kin of the deceased leader. He was a freedom fighter as well. His last rites will be performed on Wednesday for which the arrangements have been made.
