An old aged patient allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the government hospital building. This incident happened at Tanuku government hospital. Saheb (70), the victim, underwent a surgery at the government hospital on July 12, following a severe stomach pain.
The doctors advised him to remain in the hospital as surrounding the surgical strictures there was a formation of strong puss around the external wounds. Since last two days, Saheb has been reportedly experiencing a severe stomach pain. As he could not bear the pain, he allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the top of the hospital building he was admitted at. A suicide case has been booked by the police, following the complaint made by the hospital management. More details in the matter are awaited.
