Rajahmundry: Man Dies After LPG Car Explodes. Owner of an LPG-fitted car died when he hit a compound wall in a busy Danvaipeta here on Wednesday. According to DSP Central Namagiri Babji, owner of a copier center near Chinni Anjaneya temple in Danvaipeta, Dasari Somaraju (45) has started his shop only three days back.

Rajahmundry: Owner of an LPG-fitted car died when he hit a compound wall in a busy Danvaipeta here on Wednesday. According to DSP Central Namagiri Babji, owner of a copier center near Chinni Anjaneya temple in Danvaipeta, Dasari Somaraju (45) has started his shop only three days back. He took out his car fitted with LPG cylinder and was proceeding on an emergency work towards AV Apparao Road. When he tried to avoid a girl who tried to cross the road, the car went out of control and hit the compound wall of a house nearby and immediately there was a loud sound followed by fire. The passersby immediately rushed to the car and tried to open the doors of the car which was locked inside.
When fire and police personnel came to the spot and opened the doors forcibly, Somaraju was in unconscious condition and he was taken to Government hospital where he was declared brought dead.
