Hyderabad: Andhra Pradesh government received a major boost with Syndicate Bank coming forward to do its bit as part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for the Hudhud-affected Visakhapatnam. Executive Directors of the bank M Anjaneya Prasad and T K Srivastava met AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu at Secretariat on Tuesday and handed over a cheque of Rs one crore to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF).

They also assured CM on active participation in rehabilitation works and in development of Navya Andhra Pradesh.
Meanwhile, the bank adopted one village in Srikakulam District for rehabilitation and overall development. In addition, bank is having Lead Bank responsibility in five districts of AP besides sponsoring Andhra Pragathi Grameena Bank.
