Now, with farmers dilly dallying over offering their lands to build the new AP capital, the AP CM is no mood to wait. He wants to at least have a stop-gap arrangement till the time the capital city is built. So he has decided to set up a temporary office at the Amaravathi Township Layout in Mangalagiri of Guntur district.

According to reports, the carpet area for the temporary offices would be 5 lakh square feet. The Andhra Pradesh government has invited proposals to set up temporary office spaces which will accommodate the heads of departments.
