Arun Jaitley assures more funds in substitute for AP special status

Stating indirectly that AP Special Status promised by NDA will be considered in due course, the Finance Minister said that other alternatives will be explored as 14th finance commission has rejected granting special category status.
Mr Jaitley however, said that AP will get more than what it would have got under the special status category and all the promises made at the time of passage of Bill in Parliament would be fulfilled by the NDA government.
