The Main Opposition party YSRCP on Friday turned the heat on the Chandrababu Naidu government over the cash-for-vote scam, accusing it of shying away from debating the issue.

Soon after the house assembled for the day, the YSRCP gave an adjournment motion demanding a debate on the cash-for-vote scam. Speaker Kodela Sivaprasad rejected the motion. The YSRCP stormed the Speaker's podium demanding a debate. Pandemonium continued even after the house was adjourned twice.

The Speaker requested that the YSRCP MLAs allow Question Hour. Not relenting, the MLAs raised on their feet to protest against the AP Government and shouted slogans against Chandrababu.

"Whose voice is it in the audio tapes? Is it Chandrababu's or not? Who sent Revanth Reddy with money to buy the nominated MLA?," YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy asked the TDP leaders. Intervening at this point, Labour Minister K. Atchannaidu accused Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy of working in collusion with Telangana Chief Minister KCR to hatch a conspiracy against him.

Reacting strongly to the charge, YS Jagan said that he will quit his post if Atchannaidu can prove his charges that he had spoken to KCR over the phone.
