This integrating venture that involves a variety of technology applications of both Indian as well as alien and most importantly basic infrastructure like land, water, electricity and sophisticated machinery is rather a complicated version expectedly far superior than any usual venture of the present times and as such runs into several lakhs of crores of rupees in total cost of execution.
Mobilisation of required resources running into several lakhs of crores in rupees from the Centre, World Bank and IMF besides several financial institutions in India and abroad is required. Further, funds may be sought from individuals, industrial tycoons, film personalities, politicians etc.
