The National Education Day (November 11) was celebrated at St Ambrose High School at Nidadavole (West Godavari) on Tuesday to commemorate the birth anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad.
Presiding over the programme held to mark the occasion, school principal Sagar paid glowing tributes to the first education minister of independent India.
He exhorted students to strive for nation building by emulating Abul Kalam Azad. Teaching and non-teaching staff were present.
