Vijayawada: The management of Andhra Hospitals has given away a cash gift of Rs 50,000 to Potluri Supreetha, a gold medal winner, in recognition of her selection to the World Youth Mind Games for the Under-14 Rapid Girls Championship.
Andhra Hospitals managing director Dr P V Ramana Murthy handed over the cheque to Supreetha at the hospital here on Wednesday.
The championship for the year 2015 is going to be held at South Korea in January 2016. Ramana Murthy congratulated Supreetha for her achievements, and wished her good luck in the upcoming championship. Supreetha’s coach V R Bobba was also appreciated.
