Congress, TDP, YSRCP for Section 8 of AP Reorganisation Act in Hyderabad?

The demand for implementing Section-8 of AP Reorganisation Act in Hyderabad had come to the fore when the cash-for-vote scam involving the TDP leader broke out. But it cooled down as the days passed.

Now, the Congress leaders from Telangana have started demanding Section-8 in Hyderabad in the wake of attacks on Congress leaders during the GHMC polls on Tuesday.

Leaders from Congress, T-TDP and YSRCP held a meeting today and decided to press the demand for the Section-8.
They are likely to visit Delhi to meet President Pranab Mukherjee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home minister Rajnath Singh to seek the Centre to implement Section-8.
