Collectors meet commences in Vijayawada
With the AP government convening two-day Collectors meet from Monday in Vijayawada, the Collectors of thirteen districts have been called to discuss on the strategies and priorities ahead of General Budget 2016-17.
With the AP government convening two-day Collectors meet from Monday in Vijayawada, the Collectors of thirteen districts have been called to discuss on the strategies and priorities ahead of General Budget 2016-17.
Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu would be taking in suggestions from the Collectors in the allocation of funds for the development works and welfare schemes in the state budget. The feedback in terms of the developments in their districts would be taken from the district collectors by the state government. The Chief Minister will also be scrutinizing the Collectors work who have not been effective in the completion of development works and implementation of welfare schemes.
Speaking at the Collectors meet, Chandrababu highlighted the issues of railway zone in Visakha and focused mainly on the concerns of water resources meant for drinking and irrigation purposes.
