Roja suspension case verdict to be out today

The Supreme Court lawyer PP Rao who filed a petition on behalf of AP government argued that as per the rules, the Assembly Speaker had taken the decision on suspension and will dismiss the suspension only if an apology is tendered to the House by Roja.
On the other hand, Roja's lawyer Indira Jaising countered that instead of AP government filing the petition, the Assembly Secretary should have filed it. The Court heard both the sides of arguments and stated that the verdict will be pronounced on Tuesday.
