Vijayawada: The Zilla Grandhalaya Samastha (ZGS) will reach an agreement with Vision Foundation on Wednesday to develop e-libraries in Krishna district for the benefit of students and unemployed youth appearing for competitive examinations.

Presiding over the Grandhalaya Samastha general body meeting here on Tuesday, ZGS Chairman Edupuganti Venkatramaiah said Vision Foundation would provide the necessary technical know-how to develop the main libraries in the district into e-libraries as part of the agreement.

It would also bring out mobile apps as part of the e-library concept, he said. Vision Foundation president G Vijaya Kumar, ZGS secretary Y Krishna Rao and other members attended the meeting.
