Collector vows to improve sanitation
District Collector Challa Vijay Mohan and Kurnool MLA S V Mohan Reddy jointly paid a visit to the wards and inspected the sanitation facilities on Wednesday.

Collector instructed the Municipal Commissioner to look after the sanitation at Vaddegeri, Khadakpura, Vijaynagar Colony and Radha Krishna Talkies areas.
He ordered the officials to take up plantation drive around the water tank at Khadakpura by cleaning the surroundings. On finding improper roof to the male’s toilet at Vijaynagar Colony, he ordered the Municipal DE to complete the construction.
Mohan Reddy assured people of providing all the amenities to the ward people, besides carrying out the repair works to the water pipe line as Rs.65 crore was allocated for these works. Municipal Commissioner Ravindra Babu and municipal staff were present.
