MP Mayor flag off tri-weekly train
The train runs on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday between Vijayawada and Dharmavaram every week. The MP and Mayor interacted with passengers and enquired about their satisfaction on the facilities in the train.
Anantapur: Member of Parliament J C Diwakar Reddy and city Mayor M Swaroopa flagged off the special tri-weekly train between Vijayawada and Dharmavaram on Wednesday.
The train runs on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday between Vijayawada and Dharmavaram every week. The MP and Mayor interacted with passengers and enquired about their satisfaction on the facilities in the train.
Diwakar Reddy promised to work for introduction of more trains from Anantapur to Amaravati. Mayor Swaroopa thanked the Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu for the introduction of special train connecting Anantapur and Amaravati. Divisional Railway Manager Gopinath was also present.
