Hyderabad: The Society for St. Ann’s expressed its intention to start a super specialty hospital, nursing and medical colleges in Amaravati. A delegation from the society which was started in Guntur has met State Medical and Health Principal Secretary Poonam Malakondaiah and senior officials of CMO and sought the state for allocation of 100 acres from the estate government for its proposed projects.
The delegation said that the proposed institutions would help in provide better medical facilities and deliver quality healthcare services to the poor, middle class sections of the CRDA area. Responding positively, the officials said that the issue would be placed before the government for its decision.
