​Vijayawada: Nearly one lakh devotees had darshan of Goddess Kanaka Durga at Indrakeeladri on Sunday, the ninth day of the Dasara festivities. The goddess was adorned as Durga Devi on Sunday. The highest number of devotees visiting the hill shrine was on Mula Nakshatram day (October 8). A record 2.15 lakh devotees had darshan on that day.Kanchi Swamiji Acharya Sri Vijayendra Sarswathi Swamiji participated in Vedasabha at Sri Kanaka Durga temple on Sunday and Kumkuma Puja was performed at Mallikarjuna Maha Mandapam.
