Speaking to The Hans India, the Board Member explained the income from interest on deposits, sale of hair, laddu prasadam and rent on rooms would be equal to that of the expenditure like salaries to the staff and contract employees, daily purchases, pension to the retired staff and expenditure to run educational institutions and hospitals.
In essence, the revenue equals to the expenditure. He said that it was not proper on the part of the petitioner to claim separate funds for Telangana.
Bhanu Prakash Reddy said the TTD would file elaborate answer with all the relevant statistics in the High Court through the Executive Officer of the TTD seeking justice.
