Bojjala refutes Jagan’s charges

Chittoor: Forest Minister Bojjala Gopalakrishna Reddy slammed YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) president YS Jaganmohan Reddy for levelling false allegations against Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. He participated in Jana Chaitanya Yatra organised at Sanjay Gandhi Nagar on Thursday.

Bojjala said that Chandrababu will not tolerate indiscipline within the Telugu Desam Party (TDP). He gave a call to party functionaries to strengthen the party from grass-root level by taking active part in the Jana Chaitanya Yatras. The Minister informed party workers to create awareness among people about government welfare schemes in Jana Chaitanya Yatras. Addressing a public meeting here, the Minister reiterated that the Chief Minister has been striving hard for the development of the truncated State.

He stated that Chandrababu making efforts to develop capital city Amaravati on par with international standards. He made an appeal to gathering to give clear mandate for the TDP in the next elections. “The State government is committed for the welfare of SCs, STs, BCs and Minorities,” he added.

Chittoor MLA D K Satyaprabha said that she would develop the city as a role model in the State. “Chandrababu had instructed the officials concerned to develop Chittoor as a model city,” she added. Later, the Minister has received the representations from residents of Sanjay Gandhi Nagar. ZP Chairperson Girvani Chandra Prakash, Mayor in-charge Subramanayam, TDP district president Srinivasulu, TDP leaders B Narayana, B N Rajasimhulu, P Nani, M Mohan, Shanmugam, Rajeswari and others were present.
