Rally to mark Voters’ Day

As part of the 7th National Voters Day, a large number of students from various schools and colleges and officials took out a rally from DRRM High School to the Church Centre and formed a human chain.
Later, they reached the open auditorium at the Collectorate to participate and take oath in the Voters’ Day celebrations.
Dr Hari Jawaharlal thanked all electoral officials for their contribution in preparing the voters list with utmost care, thus helping in the selection of district electoral officer Sujatha Sharma for the award by the Election Commission.
The district administration also felicitated the senior voters in the district Rachapudi Hanumayamma (88), Sanagapalli Subba Rao (83), Shaik Silar Saheb (82) and Shaik Gulam (85).
