Atmakur (Kurnool): The University Grant Commission (UGC) conducted a two-day national seminar on advances in green chemistry at Sri Neelam Sanjeeva Reddy Arts, Science and Commerce College (SNSR) in Velgodu on January 28 and 29.
Students from Bengaluru, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh presented papers on various aspects such as threat to the environment, natural resources protection and water conservation. College correspondent Ratna Swami encouraged the students to participate in seminars of this kind to improve knowledge. Professors, doctorates, principals from various places took part.
