Woman thief, juvenile held
The city police arrested a woman thief and a juvenile into their custody and recovered Rs 6 lakh worth gold and silvers articles and three cell phones from their possession. According to Guntur CCS DSP P Srinivasa Rao, the modus operandi of accused P Mary and juvenile is search for locked house and steal the valuables by breaking the locks.

They were involved in several theft cases in the city. Police took them into custody while the accused were moving suspiciously. During the interrogation they confessed to committing thefts. Police registered a case and took up investigation.
