Two-woman Baseball players of Andhra Pradesh have been selected for the trial cum selections camp to pick up Indian Women Baseball team.
Two-woman Baseball players of Andhra Pradesh have been selected for the trial cum selections camp to pick up Indian Women Baseball team. It will be held at Punjab University in Chandigarh from July 3 to 9. Those who will perform well in the event will be selected for the Indian team which will participate in Women’s Baseball Asian Cup to be held at Hong Kong from September 2 to 7.
M Vasanti and G Sai Ashritha Reddy left Vijayawada for the selection camp trials on Thursday. Selected players will represent Andhra Pradesh Women’s Baseball team in Women’s Baseball Asian Cup, said Andhra Pradesh Baseball Association (APBA) secretary MV Satya Prasad.
In this connection association president M Achyuta Rao, organising secretary Daram Naveen Kumar, joint secretaries Anuradha, Jaya Rao, Krishna district association chairman Kurra Narendra, president T Tulasi Rao, vice-president P Murali congratulated the players.
