SIT seeks extension in Vizag land scam probe
The Special Investigation Team has reportedly sought extension regarding the probe into the Vishakhapatnam land scam with the initial deadline coming to an end on August 28.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has reportedly sought extension regarding the probe into the Vishakhapatnam land scam with the initial deadline coming to an end on August 28.
The officials have asked for additional two months of extension to complete the investigation and submit a comprehensive report. While the SIT even equested for additional personnel, the state government is yet to respond.
So far, SIT has received 2865 complaints from which 337 were related to the land scam.
