3. Warns that he will not spare any leader if they do not improve their performance

During a video-conference with party leaders, ministers and other public representatives, Naidu said the construction of party offices at every constituency in the state should be completed by 2018.

The Chief Minister warned that he would not spare any leader if their performance not improved.Chandrababu Naidu stated that he will change the constituency in-charges also if they fail to strengthen party at their respective areas. All ministers, MLAs, MLCs and MPs will be given ratings based on their work, observed the party president and added the leaders will be given A, B and C ranks based on their performance.

The leaders were suggested to work hard and strengthen the party at constituency level, otherwise they would face dire consequences, he added. At the same time, Chandrababu Naidu warned the leaders not to indulge in cockfights during Sankranti festival.

TDP Chief directed the party workers and leaders to utilise the opportunity of JBMV to create awareness among public on development programmes and welfare schemes being implemented by the state government.

Appreciating the party leaders for doing good job in Intintiki Telugu Desamprogramme, he said that the government had received more than 40 lakh complaints and grievances from public during theprogramme. He directed the party leaders to give top priority in solving the problems in JBMV.

At the same time, Naidu suggested the leaders not to discriminate welfare scheme benefits like pensions, white ration cards and other issues based on party affiliations. He said the government would provide all benefits to citizens irrespective of their political affiliation. The leaders also observed that providing welfare scheme benefits to other leaders would attract them to party.

TheJanmaBhoomiMaaVooru will be organised in sophisticated and planned manner than ever before, explained the Chief Minister with the leaders. In theprogramme, public opinion and feedback also will be taken by the government in solving grievances and strengthening administration to provide good governance. In the video-conference, ministers, district party presidents, MLAs and others participated.
