US-based NRIs donate 13.5 crore to TTD
NRIs I Ravi and G Srinivas from the USA donated Rs 135 crore to TTD Hundi and various trusts respectively on Saturday
Tirumala: NRIs I Ravi and G Srinivas from the USA donated Rs 13.5 crore to TTD Hundi and various trusts respectively on Saturday.
Ika Ravi, founder and CEO of Rx Advance, a pharmaceutical company at Boston in the USA donated Rs 10 crore to TTD Hundi, while Srinivas Guthikonda, CEO of JCG Technologies from USA donated Rs 3.5 crore in which Rs 1 crore each to SV Annaprasadam Trust, TTD BIRRD Trust (Hospital), Sarvasreya Trust, Rs 20 lakh towards Cottage Donation.
Scheme and Rs 10 lakh each to SVIMS, SV Gosamrakhana and SV Vidyadana Trusts.
Srinivas handed over the DDs to TTD Chairman Putta Sudhakar Yadav in Tirumala temple.
Minister Amaranatha Reddy, Board members Sandra Venkata Veeraiah, Ramesh Babu, special invitees Raghavendra Rao and Ashok Reddy were also present.
