Vijayawada: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu said that the children from three years age are playing with cell phones. In an interaction with the representatives of Spinning Mills Association at Undavalli here on Friday, he said that the addiction is not good for the society.

He suggested the people to utilise the technology for welfare of the society. State has unique tradition which is its strength. Comparing the changes in the living lifestyles, he said that family planning was needed in the past. But now the population is deteriorating, he said.

He commented that he should satisfy the people of the state even while facing the conspiracies of Opposition party. Assuring the spinning mill owners, he said that the government would give subsidies along with agriculture sector.

On this occasion, the owners of spinning mills donated Rs 60 lakh for Anna Canteens. AP Spinning Mills Association Chairman Danda Prasad, elected chairman V Sudhakar Chowdary, AP Cotton Association president P Ragava Rao and other leaders were present.
