Youngster booked for posting photos of ex-girlfriend on fb as call girl

Tirupati: The Central Crime Station (CCS) cops took P Gangadhar (21) into custody here on Saturday, for posting the photos of former girlfriend on fake Facebook account and terming her as call girl.
According to CCS DSP Ravi Shankar Reddy, the accused, a native of Ganugupalli village of Chitvel mandal in Kadapa district, had posted photos and mobile numbers of his ex-girlfriend as call girl in the Facebook.
On coming to know about it, the victim approached Urban SP Abhishek Mohanty and narrated her problem.
The SP directed the CCS DSP to investigate the case. The CCS cops booked a case and took the accused near Cherlopalli cross on Saturday.
The DSP said the accused resorted to the crime as he bore grudge against her for breaking affair with him.
During the investigation, the accused revealed of maintaining three fake Facebook accounts for cheating the women.
The cops seized two mobiles from him and sent an email to Facebook management to delete the victim’s photos and close the fake accounts of Gangadhar.
