Rajamahendravaram: Akhila Bharatiya Vidyardhi Parishad (ABVP) organised a dharna at Sub-Collector's office here on Wednesday, demanding that the government fulfill their pending demands.
Later, they submitted a memorandum to the Sub-Collector. Addressing the students, ABVP sanghatana secretary C Mahendra demanded that the government release scholarship and fee reimbursement amounts immediately, fill vacant posts in the schools, abolish GO Number 35 and permit admissions through online and offline system.
Instead of repeated reminders, the government was not responding. The ABVP would carve an agitation with all student unions, if the government failed to fulfill the demands, he warned.
ABVP leaders A Kumar, Shiva, Santhi and others were present.
