Guntur: Social Welfare Minister Nakka Anand Babu said that Andhra Pradesh will be developed as sports hub in future. He distributed prizes to the winners in All India Sub-Junior Under-13 Ranking Badminton Tournament-2018 held at NTR Municipal Corporation Stadium here on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that steps taken by the government to develop stadiums and to encourage players were yielding good results.
He added the government has taken steps to develop B R Stadium in Guntur city soon.
Navya claimed winners title in All India Sub-Junior Under -13, Ranking Badminton Tournament. MP T G Venkatesh and Guntur District Badminton Association president Rayapati Ranga Rao were present.
