Urban SP Vijaya Rao said that the police will conduct Mini Marathon in Guntur urban district on October 14, as part of police commemoration day celebrations
Guntur: Urban SP Vijaya Rao said that the police will conduct Mini Marathon in Guntur urban district on October 14, as part of police commemoration day celebrations.
Addressing the police officers, Rao said that the Mini Marathon will be conducted from Gujjanagundla to Police Parade Grounds covering a distance of five kms and this Mini Marthon will pass through Gujjanagundla Centre and Kankaragunta Centre.
He asked the police officers to explain sacrifices made by the police officials to the public in the police commemoration day celebrations to be held from October 21.
He said that retired IAS, IPS and students of various education institutions will participate in the Mini Marthon.
He directed the officials take steps to make the programme a success.
