Ongole: The Ameer Art Academy of Nellore has felicitated the renowned artiste and secretary of the Ongole’s Srushti Art Academy, Timmiri Raveendra in a programme held in Town Hall at Nellore.
The general secretary of the Ameer Art Academy, Shaik Ameer Jan said that as a token of recognition for the great services rendered by Raveendra to the fields of drawing and painting, the organisation is felicitating him.
The state-level best drawing teacher awardee T Narasimha Rao, art director Dr T Naresh Babu, comedian Dornala Haribabu, YS Brahmam, RVS Bharadhwaja, Reddiboyina Venkateswarlu, T Bhanu Chander, Singamaneni Ramesh Babu, Battula Manjuvani, Tunugunta Nagamani, Dr Santhaveluru Nageswara Rao and other eminent people from drawing, painting and literary organisations also have participated in the programme and felicitated Raveendra with a shawl and shield.
They appreciated him for the contributions in the field and wished that Raveendra would continue to enlighten the artistic world and train several good artistes in future.
